I’ve witnessed the drive and intensity in track and field, and how my coaches and teammates become my extended family. I enjoy the challenges that track and field upholds against me and of my many competitors. I have a slight obsession for fitness and what comes after achieving goals. I have goals that I expect to meet and go above and beyond. My goals are never ending athletically and academically. I've found something that I love and something that challenges me with every practice, workout, training, competition, and meet. I have a niche for learning and can take on any assignment, project, and exam without hesitation and regret because I know I will succeed on them all with flying colors. I don’t plan on my journey ending any time soon. Going to the Georgia GHSA State Championship as a freshman and then winning the Georgia GHSA State Championship as a sophomore was the start of my journey. This is who I am and who I hope to be. I am Trenia Stephens, a future olympian and an academic scholar.
