Personal Statement

Coming to the United States, I have always had the goals of not only getting to a good college but also pursuing the dream of becoming a doctor and running track and field. I am from 5 person family, and we all originated from the current country of South Sudan. I will be the first in my family to graduate high school and attend college. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I am coachable,  I have a postive attitude, I work hard, and I also work well as a team player. However what makes me different from other recruits as far as character is the fact that I never give up, not only do I work hard, but when times get tough I also push it to the very end. Athletically, I have participated many sports, which has given men the agility to perform. Academically, I have have maintained a GPA of 3.5 and when it comes to the classroom, I am eager to learn.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
