I want to attend a collage that not only meets my athletic goals but also my academic goals as well. I want to attend a four year university and study athletic training and Physical Therapy. My Long term goal is to become a physical therapist or an athletic trainer. I would like to be on a team that helps challenge my abilities so I can constantly improve. During my Sophmore year I qualified for state. I placed 11th so I made a goal to continue to work so that I would place better the next year. My junior year I made it to state with the goal to make it to finals and place in the top 8. I fulfilled my goal and came out 8th place and also broke my all time personal record.
I am always challenging myself to be the best I can be. Between my athletics and academics, I don't settle for the bare minimum. My ability to accept failure separates me from other recruits. I look at is as a learning experience to build on. I believe it only makes me stronger. Coming from a small school has helped me create close ties with my competition. We are supportive of one another and we are supportive of each others successes and failures. Having close ties has helped me develop great sportsmanship and a greater love of the sport. will always continue to have the drive to grow and take advice and coaching to heart.
