Ever since I began running, I aspired to compete at the collegiate level. Taking my running career to the next level has been one of my dreams since I was little and one of my most significant goals in life. My passion for the sport grew year after year and so did my dedication. Through running, I learned that resilience is a major part of life and is crucial for success. My goals in my collegiate career are to compete in the NCAA championships, run to my full potential, and stay healthy throughout.
One prominent characteristic is my work ethic. After running for so many years, my work ethic, along with my experience, grew. My mental drive to run is tenacious and I push myself every day at practice. I know how to discipline myself and take my training to the next level by hard work.
Academically, I have above a 4.0 GPA and take difficult classes. I have experience of managing my time between honors classes and my training, making me better prepared to be a student athlete.
