Thank you for taking your time to view my profile! My name is Lyric Steele. I have ran track since I was in 5th grade. However, I didn't start getting serious about it until my 8th grade year. From that point, I have grown a passion for the sport and knew that I would like to continue on a collegiate level. As I continue to receive proper coaching, training, and support from my family throughout my high school and club seasons I know that I will steadily improve.
What sets me apart from other athletes is my work ethic. I love the process of getting better in all aspects of life and I have never been one to give up on achieving major goals as an athlete or as a student. My education is extremely important to me and continuing my education as a student-athlete at an excellent college is an absolute dream come true.
