Hi, My name is Kelsie Seymoure. I live in Knox Indiana and I am a Junior at Knox Community High School. I run track, swim and I used to play soccer(I played for 2 years), I also might be doing cross country this year for the first time. Track is my main and favorite sport. The track team is a second family. We practice together and encourage each other and help push each other to our limits and to push pass those limits to hit our highest speed and strengths. My goal for my team is to help each and everyone of us to reach our highest potential. To get better and to get a new PR and to reach my goal each time. When I don’t reach my goal I don’t give up, I work harder for the next time.
I have had to go through some though times to get where I am and who I am today. I tore my ACL and since doing that it has made me a better and stronger person today than I was before. I've been in therapy and because of this it has made me stronger; physically, emotionally and mentally. I'm even more flexible than I was before. I know that no matter what happens I am able to push through it and that it'll make me stronger.
I am different because I strive to push everyone to be the best they can be. My goal for collage is to get my masters in Nursing also in Athletic Training.
