My names Sarah Poole. I have been a distance runner since 2019. I compete in a variety of events however have enjoyed track the most. I have continued throughout my running to drop time and show improvement mentally and physically. I am a very strong runner always open to correction and criticism while being mentally tough on the track/course. I plan to go to college the full time needed to place myself into a good position for my career. I work hard at anything I put myself up too and have determination.
