Personal Statement
I aspire to obtain a university degree so that I can achieve my goals in life while also participating and competing in the sport I love. In regards to academics, I would like to study International Business as my major and Marketing as a minor. Athletically, I would like to improve my times and become a better athlete. I believe I would be the right candidate for a team because I am motivated, ready to learn, and always give my utmost effort both on and off the track. The most significant characteristic about myself would be the fact that I do not give up and continue to persevere which, I believe makes me different from other recruits. If I were to not win an event at a conference, I would train harder so that the next time I participate in a conference I can do much better. Academically, I am a focused student and take my education very seriously.
