Payton Fink '25 Recruiting Profile

Hey coaches and recruiters! My name is Payton Fink, I am a Junior at Washburn Rural High School and I run cross country and track. Some of my major accomplishments I‘ve had during cross cross country include: 3rd place at City, League, and Regionals, and a 19th place finish at 6A State my freshman year. During my Sophomore year I placed 1st at our City, League, and Regional Meets and finished 5th at State.  My current cross country PR is 17:33, which I ran at the Centennial League meet this season. This season I won 3 meets including our League and Regional Meet.  I finished runner-up at the 6A state meet at Rim Rock with a time of 18:12.8.  A little bit about me is that I’m and hard worker and am willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish something. A few things things I enjoy are choir, babysitting, and spending time with friends and family. Throughout high school I plan to continue to take rigorous classes and maintain a 4.0 GPA or higher.
