Brooke Fontenot '23 Recruiting Profile

My goal for any team that I am on is to become the best leader and athlete that I can be. I would describe myself as an athlete who thinks of the team first. I will do whatever it takes to help my team get to where we need to be in order to be successful. Track is one of my greatest joys and I love the competition. I have a desire to be the be the best and nothing less with the proper coaches, training, teammates, discipline and determination.  

In track and field I am a versatile mid-distance and distance athlete and have experience in the 4x4, 4x8, 400, 800, 1600, 3200 and I also work on hurdling for the possibility of competing in the steeple chase in college.

Growing up I have always had a strong passion for sports such as basketball and soccer. Cross country has always been my favorite sport because of how open the courses are.
