I would definitely consider myself a high achiever in many aspects of my life, especially athletics. Throughout both my academic and athletic career, I have achieved many goals I have set for myself. When I finish high school, it is my dream to see just how far my athletics can take me. I am very curious to discover what my full potential in running is and to meet new people who share the same aspirations that I have. I am currently enrolled in a very small high school of only approximately 100 students with a Cross Country squad of less than 20. I have always wished that the athletes on my team shared the same drive for perfection as I do and I'm hoping if I am able to run in college, I will be able to connect with people of the same mindset.
While I am excited to find a college that has a successful running program, my academics are also very important to me. Right now, I'm not quite sure what I want to do with myself in the future. I am very interested in the medical field. I have the type of personality that likes a challenge, (which is probably why I like to run!) and I like to be involved in activities that keep me on my toes. A college that offers a wide variety of majors would be perfect for me because it will expose me to many different career paths. I have dreams of success and I am hoping I will find a college that allows me to achieve just that.
