Personal Statement
Tell coaches about your collegiate goals and aspirations.
when I get to college I want to be able to:
~ Take the school record not matter what it takes
~ Qualify for Nationals
~ just having coaches and teammates to push me when I'm down bad
~ Jump 6'0" before the end of sophomore year in college
What makes you a good candidate for their team?
I know how important it is to be one as a team together in order to be successfully, and how important it is to be there for my teammates on and off the track weather it's stressing them about schools or holding them accountable for their slack in practice.
What makes you different from other recruits in character, athletics and academics?
Luckily I have an older brother that allowed me to watch his every move as he won 3 back to back #1 state titles, so I tend to hold myself to higher expectations than others due to the fact that I understand the sacrifices I have to make to get where I want to be in life. Every season I get closer to my goal and even though I haven't reached it yet, it pushes me to get up everyday and do something about it. When it comes to school I tend to challenge myself a little bit by taking AP classes so I can attempt to get college credits.
