My name is Caitlin Britt and I am part of Dover Sherborn High School's class of 2021. I have been running for about two years. I run cross country in the fall, track in the spring. I have a passion for running and I never cut workouts short. I like to challenge myself by (literally) running that extra mile! My cross country event is the 5k and my main track event it the Mile. Even during the winter while I was on swim team, I managed to get a run or workout in. I also have been Irish dancing for 9+ years and this has influenced my discipline and hard work ethic. I also hold many well-known titles in Irish dancing such as 2x national champion and 5x New England Regional champion in team dancing. In terms of running, I am currently on varsity for cross country, indoor and outdoor track. During Cross Country, I held 7th place on the all-time course records list in the fourth race of my career. I also placed 6th at our divisional meet and 14th at the 2018 MIAA D2 all-state meet. I soon won the all-star award for my league and team MVP award for the second year in a row. I currently hold the Dover Sherborn High School indoor 2 mile record, and I hope to break many more as my career continues.
