2017 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My name is Sara Fragione and I am in love with everything about track and field. I hope to continue my passion in college. I am 5'10 and have been on the Methuen High School varsity track team since freshman year. I have been competing as a sprinter/hurdler my whole track career, until the end of the 2017 spring season, when I urged to try the 800m. Five weeks later I competed the 800 at Nationals and now hold the 800m school record. I will be competing as a mid-distance/distance runner from here on out, and have high goals for my improvement. In college I plan on studying neuroscience in a strong academic environment. I would be happy to compete at any college with an athletic environment that would help me grow as a runner.
