Spring 2012Personal Statement
My name is Ashley Frahm, and I will be a senior this year, graduating in 2013 from Frankenmuth High School. My main events are shot put and discus, but I have also attempted the javelin and hammer throws, and have been told I would be a decent javelin thrower. My personal best throws are 140'11'' in discus, and 40' 11 1/4'' in shot put. For college, I would just like to figure out what I want to go for. Hopefully wherever I go will give me a scholarship, either academic or athletic, and I don't want to have to change my major, which means I will probably go in undecided. I don't want to go to school on the other side of the country, but I don't mind going out of state either. I still don't know what I want to be when I get older, but it must be something that is different every day. I want to be able to save money and travel a lot once college is over.
