Kayla Windemuller '18 Recruiting Profile

I am fortunate to be part of an amazing program and community in West Michigan. I feel like I have been blessed with the gift of running and I want to use my gift to the best of my abilities. I am not sure of what my academic pursuits are right now but I hope to figure it out and find a place that fits my academic and athletic goals. I have valued the relationships I have gained through cross country and track, not only from my school but from around my state. I have a strong work ethic and set a lot of goals for myself. I started running my Freshman year of high school and I have been running ever since and feel like I still have a lot to learn about the sport. I am very coachable and I take criticism and advice seriously and I am motivated to improve. I look forward to the next couple of years to see what opportunities lay ahead.
