My goals for college are to competitively run and earn a bachelor's of science in biology. I enjoy running because it gives me a sense of control over my health and my mind. Running isn't always the easiest for me, but I don't like to lose. My community has always pushed me to be better and I want to honor them by committing to a running program. At a small school like mine, it's extremely rare for someone to go to college to compete, and I want to become a part of the small percentage of students that have.
