I fell in love with the idea of running ad soon as I had stepped foot on the track. I never really saw myself as the type of person to run for fun, but after my first year in 8th grade right after Covid-19, I knew I had found my sport. Within my 1st few meets, I had beaten our schools 60m dash record. After that, I knew what I wanted to do and have put so much effort into conditioning and training. After making it to states my freshman year and breaking 2 school records (4x100 and 4x200) I had my mind set on what I wanted to do in college, I wanted to run…and become a doctor of course. Besides running in college, I want to become something in the Medical field, I’ve always thought about an orthopedic surgeon or maybe even an RN!
