Aaliyah Creekmore '20 Recruiting Profile

I originally never saw myself in the future typing up something like this because I didn’t believe I was going to be enough to run for a college team but the years progressed and as a captain on my team I was allowed to see the changes and impact I made on my teammates and what they all contributed to me as an athlete. That itself brought the real passion of wanting to go out and continue being apart of a team..I also got the opportunity through DownUnder sports to go compete in Australia this past summer (2019) and although I wound up not competing well but got to experience working with coaches who had more to teach me and I felt that it wasn’t enough I want to learn and improve so much more and I think that’s what makes me different from most recruits it’s not about the medals or amounts of win success to me is failing and being able to get back up and go harder ..I think my marks and times right now can drastically change with hard work with programs,teammates, and coaches throughout college and that’s what I’m looking for.
