Hello, my name is Asia Grace Hanson. I am a high school student athlete looking to pursue my athletic career in college. I have been doing track and field for five years. I have been on my High school's Varsity track and field team for five seasons; Indoor and Outdoor. I have a passion for track and field! I have been throwing Javelin for the past five years and have done well at progressing each season. Last year, as a sophomore, I competed at the New England's competition in Massachusetts and placed 18th out of 32 girls in the Javelin. My current personal record in the Javelin is 109 feet. I am looking to break my school's record which is 129'9". Off record I have thrown 117 feet. I am looking for a college that will push me to be better every day in both athletics and academics! I love competing and working hard. I am also a mid-distance runner. I run the 4x4 and occasionally the 800 meter race. I strive to be hardworking, respectful and humble. I enjoy helping younger team mates learn new skills and I appreciate learning from older team mates with more experience. Thank you for taking time to look at my profile and I hope that you will consider me as an athlete for your team.
