I am a student at the Harley School in Rochester, NY, which has a rigorous college prep program; I started there as a nursery student, and will graduate in 2013. My school has limited resources for competitive athletics; no indoor season allowed, and we don't even have a track! Still, I have managed 3 state championships in the 100h in 9th, 10th, and 11th grades with a 4th place finish in my 8th grade year. I have made the most of every opportunity available to me to graduate from my school and still reach my goal of running track for a strong D1 team, including running for a club team, competing as an unattached athlete whenever possible, and working with a specialty coach and athletic trainer. My grades have improved significantly this year, with a 3.05 for grade 11. I'm working hard, and my goal is to achieve even higher grades and lower times my senior year. My goal for next year is to run D1 track, reach my potential as an athlete, and bring honor to my team!
