As an athlete for a number of years, I have learned quite a bit about setting and attaining goals. Through wins and losses I always reflect on my performance in order to gain the lesson I am meant to learn. I am a good candidate for college athletics because I am driven and dedicated to my sport. This means I am willing to show up early and stay late in order to accomplish my goals. I will train extra hours to get whatever I need to achieve the goals I have set. This has always been my approach: I work HARD. I have been told that I am coachable and also a coach of my teammates. I love motivating others towards achieving their goals. I have a serious work ethic, high energy and positive impact on those I encounter. I am competitive, but compassionate. I love working with children and inspiring them to set and achieve their goals. Academically, I strive for success in the classroom, as I have on the field. Additionally, I am a multi-event athlete, thus I can gain more overall points for the team as a jumper, thrower and even a runner.
