Sierra Martinez '13 Recruiting Profile

Dear recruiters,
My name is Sierra Martinez  I am currently a junior in high school. I am contacting you in hopes to get my name out more. I run track for kindred highschool. I've been running varsity since I was a seventh grader. I've been to state my freshmen and sophomore year. My freshmen year I qualified for state in five events : 4x1, 4x2, 4x4,4x8 and the 400 open. I placed in all the events I ran at state including a 3rd place finish and a personal record time in my 400 open. My sophomore year I qualified in seven events: 4x1, 4x2, 4x4,4x8, long jump, 800 open, 400open. I placed top five in all my running events at state. I had a personal record of a 59.67 in my 400 and I placed fifth in my 800 open. We were state champs in the 4x4mr. My stats are for class b impressive. I'm a known competitor. It's unlikely you will find many athletes as competitve as me, nor will you find many who will work as hard as me. I have a passion for running. I love to win. I got beat once before state. That girl never beat me again. I'm willing to put in whatever amount of work it takes to be competetive even at the highest level. I know its hard to find talented athletes who have drive and want as well as the talent. I believe with me you have that. There is nothing I love more than pulling my sweats, climbing into my blocks, while everything else around me is all cold and eerie. I get excited even thinking about it. I still have sometime before I need to think about college but I want to be proactive and get my name out there. My coaches would tell you the same things about me. I think it would be very beneficial for you to follow me as I continually grow and don't plan on stopping.  I hope you decide the same.
