2019 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My freshman and sophomore years in high school were filled with obstacles which led to incomplete seasons. The 2018-2019 school year has been the first year where I have been able to complete all three of my sports as a varsity athlete. I qualified for Leagues and Districts in both Cross Country and Track for the 2018-2019 school year. For the 2019 track season, my 3200M relay team won the ASD Invitational, and we are League and District champions. My 1600M relay team also won the ASD Invitational. In addition to being a member of varsity cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field, I am a member of my school's National Honor Society, Mini-Thon, Band, and Cancer Crushers. I am a section leader in band for the 2019-2020 school year. My current GPA is 4.7 and my schedule consists of AP and Honors courses.

- Each day consisted of a morning session, a night session, and sometimes an afternoon session. We would at least run twice a day, varying from 8-12 per day day. Some of the sessions provided me with an opportunity to speak to a panel of Penn State athletes.

- After two years of injuries and missed seasons, I began weight lifting in hopes of making my body stronger to avoid any future physical injuries. I weight lift three times a week all year round.
