I believe in the dedication to excellence in everything I do. I enjoy challenging myself to improve both academically and athletically. My parents have helped instill in me the importance of a strong work ethic. My main goal in college is to get a great education. I am looking into majoring in either architecture, civil engineering or marketing at present.
I realize that athletics can take you only so far in life, but an education sets you up for the rest of your life. I look forward to forging relationships with my teammates and coaches. And I promise to give my all in my classwork and for the team.

- Mike Hambrick is my coach. He currently coaches Jordan Geist the HS boys U.S.#1 SP. I started throwing for the club 7/15/2015. I am currently throwing the discus 120-130ft and the shot put 35-36ft. I've just begun to learn to throw the shot put using the spin technique in the last few weeks after the outdoor season ended.

Training
- I workout 4-5 days a week for 1.5 hrs, consisting of weightlifting, plyometrics, agility and cardiovascular workouts. I also work on throwing both the shot put and discus 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes.

- I follow a training schedule designed by my club coach Mike Hambrick. Currently my maximum bench press is 205lbs., squats 275lbs. and dead lift 335lbs.
