I am a dedicated, hard-working student athlete competing in the pole vault. I go to a private, all-girls Catholic high school, called Mount Saint Joseph Academy, where I am an active participant in four clubs, as well as the track team and the National Honor Society. Prior to my career as a pole vaulter, I was a competitive gymnast for eleven years, competing in Level 6 my final year. With my former training in gymnastics, I am very disciplined in both my academics and pole vault training, and will continue that same dedication throughout my collegiate career.
Since March of my freshman year, I have been training at Philadelphia Jumps Club year round. In my freshman year, I jumped 8'6", then added another foot and nine inches to my PR sophomore year, jumping 10'3". In my first two years in high school, I have received both the Coach's Award and the Most Improved Award for my team. Throughout the rest of my high school and college career my goal is to thrive in both my academics and pole vaulting, the sport I love.
