Personal Statement
Ever since I was a kid running has been my passion. As I got older I thought about running in college. Not only do I have the determination and heart to run, but I will put in the hard work and time. Running in college is a dream and I am willing to make that dream come true.
During my 2018 Outdoor Track season I broke PR’s and was a district qualifier in the 4x8 and 4x4. At the NTL meet our relay teams placed 2nd and 3rd overall. I also was a district qualifier in the 400 freestyle relay during swim season as well as helping my soccer team reach districts this past year.
In school I am on Principal’s Honor Roll, Vice President of Future Business Leaders of America, and I have attended the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Seminar for the second year in a row. With these experiences I plan to bring leadership and new ideas to a higher degree of athletics. Thank you for taking the time to review my profile!
