Hello! My name is Charlize Antia I am currently 17 years old, and a track + cross country runner. I've been running for the highschool since I was in 7th grade, and I plan on running for the rest of my life. As a freshman I was 3rd in the state for girls cross country with a 18:50 5k time. For track I have made it to the state championships every year and even made a school record in the 4 by 800, 1600, and mile record. Currently my 1600 time is 5:16. My goals in life are to be as successful as I can and to always put all my effort in the things I enjoy the most. I might sound like a try-hard but I've always set high expectations for myself.
