Growing up, I have always been involved in sports, participating in club soccer for 12 years. In seventh grade, I decided to try volleyball, basketball, and track. I tried out several different running events and I recognized that I had strong potential as a track athlete! Before entering my 8th grade year, I joined a club track team to try running at a competitive level. Last year, as a freshman, I competed on the Varsity level and placed second in the Texas 5A State Championship in the 100M Hurdles. Throughout these three years, I have learned that focus and practice are very important roles for my success.
I want to be successful as a student-athlete and to be able to study veterinary medicine . I hope that I can bring leadership, athleticism and positivity to your program.
