Mary Marino '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Mary Marino and I am currently a sophomore in high school. I'm the second oldest of 8 kids in a close knit family that supports my running. I started running in 7th grade and I absolutely love it. What started out as a side activity has turned into a big part of my life. I find my biggest competitor is myself, pushing to always improve. While I run cross country to stay active and maintain endurance, my main event is the 1500/1600, depending on if I'm in school season or summer club. I enjoy being part of a team and I love how we push each other to our limits. I have a very structured and disciplined lifestyle and I think I'm capable and would welcome the opportunity to compete at the college level. I look forward to seeing where this sport takes me!
