Personal Statement
I started racing competitively in 7th grade and immediately fell in love with this sport. Throughout my running career I’ve competed all over the country at the national and state level. From day one my dream has always been to run cross country and track at the collegiate level and there’s no doubt in my mind that I can’t. What makes me different is my work ethic not only in my sport but also in the classroom. I will show up and work hard every single day and continue to maintain my high gpa. Currently I will be graduating with a 4.37 gpa and #12 in my class with academic all state honors. I have the dedication and commitment It takes to be successful in the classroom and on the course.
