Gabriela Busquet '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gabriela Busquet and I am a Senior, class of 2012, at M.B. Lamar High School in Houston, TX. I have been running cross country since I was in Middle School and I loved the sport of running since I learned how to walk, or in my case, run. I am a determined learner and take IB English 4, Spanish 3 Pre-IB, IB Economics, AP US Government, IB Psychology, IB World Religions, Pre-Calculus Pre-IB. The IB program has given me a chance to broaden my education and my overall learning experience. My goal is to find a college where I will be able to achieve great things not only academically but athletically as well. My dream is to make an impact on the encouragement level on a team and help people improve their health through nutrition and exercise. I have found that I have many interests and there's not one thing that I don't eventually grow an interest for. I hope to find the right college while at the same time I am keeping my options open to anything that comes in store for me.
