Erika Banda '19 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to be the first in my family to complete college and get a degree. I come from a low class area where it is hard to get out and go somewhere beyond Houston, Tx. and want to have a brighter future. I am a very hard working student athlete putting 110% in and out of the sport, very commutative, not shy around people and help others in need before my own. I have a 3.3 GPA and take DC classes to get ahead. I am small person but I have a huge heart and love those around me no matter the shape, size, or color, and I go by one saying, "Love one another as I have loved you"John 13:34. I treat others with respect and dignity. I am friendly towards everyone that comes to path and being on a team with others from different areas of the world makes not only my character one person better but to my teammates as well.
