Tori Lewis '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Tori Lewis, I am the graduating class of 2026 at Lancaster Highschool. My whole life has been surrounded by playing sports. Never did I think to have found such passion in running track, being that my early childhood was gymnastics. Although I've been running for fun my entire life, I've only been running track for the past 3 years. Since I stepped foot on the track, I have aspired to run at the collegiate level. I know running in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my life completely. I am not afraid to try new things, I am always up for a challenge and proving to myself that anything is possible. I tried hurdles my sophomore year, and despite all the challenges of picking up such a difficult event in a short amount of time, I worked very hard every day, both on and off the track, with the intention of reaching my maximum potential. Achieving a new personal best at each meet, I was a Regional finalist in the 300H with a time of 45.22 and qualified for Junior Olympics in the 100H with a 15.07. I have a high track IQ and a tough mentality. I strive to lead by example, am coachable, and I encourage my teammates. I put forth a lot of effort in the classroom, and I have a 4.4 GPA. My goal is to attend a college where I can challenge myself to keep improving both academically and athletically. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers, in my community and make my family proud.
