Personal Statement
With my track career only starting at 8th grade I’ve always had a love for track. I remember always watching the Olympics and watching the races. Back then I never understand what was going on but I just had this feeling that I knew I was going to love this sport for the rest of my life, so when I got the opportunity to run my 8th grade year I definitely took advantage at that. My freshman and sophomore year were the years where I grew and improvement was in the air. Then my junior year comes and everything was going as I planned and then I pulled my hamstring right before district. Since that day I’ve been working and resting my butt off and I can feel myself improving every time I’m doing a workout. My goal this year is to have an amazing comeback and run like I’ve never ran before. As far as my academics I’m an AB student who’s favorite subject is math. I want to major in Pharmacy. I’m the type of person that values education and knows how important education is. I usually always have a smile on face. Sometimes I can be a little bubbly and very silly, but I can also be very serious when I need to be.
