Running is my passion. I love the competitive nature of running and the energy that surrounds you at a meet. I started running varsity my freshman year in high school. This experience has shaped me into a competitive, consistent, hardworking and determined athlete. I approach my education in the same way. I have focus, leadership abilities, and a positive attitude. I know that I am not only running for myself, which drives me, but I am running for my school and my team. Running at a collegiate level would enable me to continue all of this. This will allow me to better myself, my training, build lifelong relationships and provide me with an education that will open up the doors to my career.
