I love to run. I love challenging myself to achieve higher levels in everything I do. That is one of the best character traits I have, my willingness to work hard, to push myself and to have fun along the way. Some people call me an over achiever, and I think that is true. I know when to give my best effort , and I know when to enjoy the ride and all of the people around me. You could say my character traits are being tenacious, persevering and also being a fun person to be around.

My success in my educational pursuits have given me confidence and determination to be my very best. Education is very important to me, and I hope to maintain a 4.0 throughout my high school years. I hope to earn scholarships so that I can choose the best school for my continuing education. My parents have both achieved higher education degrees and have emphasized the importance of doing my best throughout my lifetime. I live with a very supportive and happy family!

I thrive on competition, and I delight in the successes of other athletes around me. I am easy to coach, I listen, put into practice what I have been instructed to do and enjoy making myself do better. I take each race seriously. I have learned from my mistakes and do not let them bring me down. I know that with effort, knowledge and talent I can achieve anything I am determined to make happen in my life. Throughout my life I have enjoyed the outdoors. I love to hike and have been on many difficult, rugged and beautiful mountain backpacking adventures and day hikes. I love bing outdoors, I love to run and feel free there. As I said before....I love to run!
