Alison Canlas '18 Recruiting Profile

Collegiate Goals: 

    When I get into college, I wish to study in the medical field so that I can get a Bachelor's degree in either Chiropractics or an Associates in Nursing. What makes me stand out in academics, I can honestly say that I have no clue what makes me stand out. I could be just like any other high school student who aspires to be successful, but I suppose that's what makes me stand out. The study of human anatomy, and the concept of helping people better their health and every day lives is something that genuinely interests me.

Athletic Goals: 

    As an athlete, I aspire to be the athlete that keeps surprising not only herself, but coaches as well. I suppose what makes me different is that I don't mind working hard. I recently just began running, but I have improved a lot in my first seasons of cross country and track, and I plan to run through out the rest of my years in high school as well as college. Endless positivity is what I have gained from these sports, and I can tell you that my hard work never ends without a smile. So, if colleges are looking for an enthusiastic athlete, I'm your girl!
