As an athlete, I have high expectations for myself and the drive to achieve them. I strive to be in top condition on and off the track; training in the off season, doing other sports , as well as joining CrossFit. I am currently training to become a heptathlete/multi event athlete. I have excellent time management skills, successfully balancing my academics and athletic demands. I am very in tune with my body, being well disciplined in how I eat and ensuring I prioritize time for recovery which allows me to maintain optimal strength and a positive mind set. All of these traits make me an excellent candidate to compete at the collegiate level.
