Rachael Lefstad '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Rachael Lefstad and i am a runner. I have won all-region team in cross country twice in a row and have gone to state as a freshmen, sophmore, and Junior, twice in XC and once in Track. I can not only run long distance but  i also can sprint as well. My fastest 400m is 58.9 sec, while my fastest 5K is 19:18. I work hard and i won't stop because it's to hard or to long, I am going to be captain next year for my senior year in XC. I want to go to a school on the west or east coasts i'm not afraid to travel either. I plan to major in biology with a minor in mathmatics, then get my teachers certificate to teach high school. I want to run freshmen year in college, I love competition and am not afraid of a challenge.
