Hello, I’m Andrea Perkins, and I’m interested in competing in the long jump and triple jump at the collegiate level. I’m currently a senior at Shorewood High School, where I began my track career as a sophomore. I’ve competed in three track seasons—my sophomore year, a summer season with Milwaukee Speed, and my junior year high school season. Each year, my goal is simple: improve my performance and push past my personal bests.
Track is more than just a sport to me—it’s a community that motivates and inspires me to work harder. I am a dedicated, self-disciplined individual who puts in the effort to achieve my goals. Academically, I maintain a 3.0 GPA and am passionate about pursuing a degree in actuarial science. I plan to take both the ACT and SAT to further enhance my college applications and am excited to continue my academic journey in this challenging and rewarding field.I am ready to bring my dedication, work ethic, and passion for both athletics and academics to a college track program where I can continue to grow and contribute to a team.
