Personal Statement
My goal is to play in college, learn more about volleyball and expand my playing abilities. I would be a great volleyball teammate and player because I want to become better, I am very coachable and I always give one hundred% effort on and off the court. Playing volleyball for the last 5 years has kept me busy, but I have enjoyed every minute of it. As a ninth grader, I was selected on the varsity team as a starter, and I have continued to start every season. I have played with Play Like Winners and Capital City Juniors club volleyball teams. I've played as their middle, OH and right-side hitter for the last four years. Currently, I am a Junior at Pike Road High School transferring from Brewbaker Technology School. I have worked hard and accomplished a lot my junior year. Here’s a list of my accomplishments so far: All Metro 2nd Team, PRHS Offensive Player of the Year, player of the week, numerous player of the week nominations, AVCA Phenom List, nominated for all star south team, AND 4.0-4.4 GPA, with dual enrollment, AP and honors courses. My choice for my major is Ad Design/Marketing. My career goals is to earn a Master’s degree in Marketing and partner up with my sister who’s majoring in information technology, cyber security and eventually start a family business.
