Personal Statement

My name is Samantha Kompkoff. I am 18 years old. I live in Kenai, Alaska. I have only been playing volleyball for 3 years, of those 3 I have had the opportunity to play on a Variety team for 2 years. I want to learn, and have so much more to learn so I want to try and play on a higher level while getting an education in medicine. I believe I would be a good teammate as I strive to get better every time I step into the court and love to learn new things. I’m also very aware of the morale of my team and do my best to keep it upbeat and positive. I would love to go out of Alaska and see what new things in the States could offer me.
