Personal Statement

Hi!

My name is Addison Witkowski- I am 17 years old, 6'1'' and hope to be your next volleyball recruit as either a middle blocker or outside hitter! I am currently a senior at Medicine Hat High School, with my sights set on playing post-secondary volleyball while pursuing a strong education in Medicine.

My love for sports has kept me active all my life- from basketball to baseball, to hockey and speedskating, from school teams to club teams- but volleyball has always been my passion.

I have played club volleyball with South East Volleyball Club (SEAVC) and Medicine Hat Volleyball Club (MHVC) since grade 6, always at a level higher than my age classification.

I practice hard, play hard and train hard! Even with Covid19, I have managed to swindle my way into the weight room 5 times a week, focusing on strength, mobility, and explosiveness. I am a very outgoing and vocal player whether I'm on the court or cheering my team on from the sidelines.

My desire to learn and continually improve both my mental and physical game, are goals I work towards - not only for myself but for my team as well.

Please call, text, or email if you have any questions.                  403-548-9923         [email protected]

Thank you for your consideration,

Addi :)
