Hello Coach,
I graduated in Spring 2022 and I am currently attending Imperial Valley College (IVC) for 2022-2023 and majoring in Criminal Justice.
I am also currently on the IVC volleyball team as a setter and defensive specialist but currently on medical leave due to an injury which occurred on August 2, 2022. My injury consists of a 5th Toe Metatarsal Fracture which occurred during a volleyball practice with another player prior to league starting and it’s been a long road to recovery from a boot, to cast, boot again and now physical therapy.. this is definitely not what I expected my 1st season of volleyball in college to be.. lol.
My team is currently in mid-season and even though we have not been to successful in our matches, as a Team Leader I am still there at practices and games cheering my team on and keeping them in positive spirits. I am scheduled to be medically released by mid- October 2022.
My ambition is still to obtain my BS in Criminal Justice and play volleyball at a University and I am looking forward to hearing from you coach and becoming a part of your volleyball family whether it be for this Spring 2023 or to be an addition for Fall 2023- 2024 season.
One more thing coach, I plan to stay on top of my game and in November to continue my rehabilitation with my personal trainings in Setting, Defense Specialist and Jump Server at Coast Volleyball Club (S.D.) with my trainer Jacob.
I would like to reassure you that I am a great addition to your volleyball family with my good grades, dedication, ambition, funny sense of humor, dedication; positive personality, motivator and many more qualities to show you. I will be so excited to hear from you, so until then.. stay healthy and Faithful.
