Olivia Luk '20 Recruiting Profile

I would like the opportunity to play volleyball in college simply because I love playing volleyball and being on the court with my teammates.  I cannot imagine my life without volleyball.

My passion for and interest in volleyball started in 2nd grade when a friend brought a ball to school.  Soon after, I started practicing with a club team and started learning about the sport.   At the same time, I played for my middle school team all three years and today, I am still playing on the high school team (varsity since sophomore yr. ) I've also completed two club seasons - one in the Spring of my freshman year in high school and second in the sophomore year, which exposed me to greater competitive levels of play.  Since the early introduction on an elementary school yard to now, I've always been that same committed person whose love for the sport pushes me everyday to play better at every practice and at every game; I continue to improve with a genuine love for the sport and my teammates.

I would be thrilled and honored to play at a collegiate level in any capacity as part of a college team.
