My older brother and older sister both play volleyball. My sister was an awesome setter and I was lucky to play her on Varsity as freshmen for one year. My brother is really athletic; he plays as a point guard for basketball high school team and plays as a setter for his varsity team in high school.
I love volleyball. I have played club since I was nine years old. I want to play in college. I love the game but I know its just one chapter in my life and want to go to an academic college to set up a foundation for the next chapter in my life. I am interested in languages and possibly international business or even computer sciences.
What makes me a good candidate is that I am a well-rounded player and have a good understanding of the game (high game IQ). I also understand there is no "I" in volleyball and am dedicated team player. I want to be part of a team that works hard and has a positive team culture.
