Volleyball isn’t everything about me but it is everything about things I strive to be: strong, driven, a team player, competitive, supportive, focused, a hard worker… My name is Zoe Michael and I am a junior at Grandview High School in Aurora, Colorado. I am a proud student athlete, carrying a 4.5+ GPA as I enter 11th grade. I tried my hand a few sports but the minute I landed on a volleyball court; I knew that I had found my passion. Volleyball has been such a huge influence on my life and who I am becoming as a person. With only a few more years to go before I graduate and go to college, I want to continue to build up my skills, strength and stamina to be the best player that I can be and become an even bigger asset to my team. I work hard and I play hard because I know that determination alone won’t help me realize my potential. I need to put in the time and effort both on and off the court every single day. I look forward to finding the right match in a university so I can take my game to the next level and build my career. I cannot wait to see what my future in college education and athletics holds.
