Nia Samake '28 Recruiting Profile

I began playing volleyball in my sixth grade year at DJDS. I completely fell in love with the sport and continued to play all three middle school years as a starter for not only the volleyball team, but the basketball team as well. I play for not only my school team but the JCC Maccabi team also. I work very closely with my coach and teammates, through this I have recently discovered my choice position of opposite hitter. I am an incoming freshman ad Denver Jewish Day School(CP) and I currently hold a board position in my BBYO( Bnai Birth Youth Organization) chapter. I consider myself a very sociable person and I strive to build life long relationships with those around me. I am looking to play in a club team to contribute to my goals in volleyball. I strive to train harder and achieve my goal of being the volleyball player i have always dreamed of.
