Ella Steensma '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a very high achiever in both school and sports. I like to put forth my best characteristics on the court, which are competitiveness, positivity, passion and selflessness. I am always ready to grow and develop and to work as hard as a I possibly can because working hard inspires me! My coaches always appreciate how coach-able I am and my teammates like my passion and “go-getter” personality. I am happiest when I am playing alongside teammates with the same passion and competitiveness as me. I bring a fun energy and competitive spirit to the court. I would put all of my heart into the university volleyball program that I play for. I hope to hear from you if you are looking for a pin hitter for 2020.
